Welcome to Middletown Unified School District's online enrollment process for new students entering TK through 12th grade.  Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.

To begin, click the “Enroll A New Student” button. You will be directed to create a username and password which will enable you to also log in at a later time if you do not complete the enrollment process in one session.
